Lodging Information

VOMA has secured a limited number of rooms at Kingsmill Resort at a discounted rate. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as the discounted rates will not be guaranteed after April 30, 2025. To make a reservation, please call Kingsmill Resort directly at 1-855-266-9143 by April 30, 2025 and identify yourself with the Virginia Osteopathic Medical Association. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or out for guests who failed to identify themselves at the time the reservation was made. A credit card will be required to make a reservation. The guest will be charged the first night’s room and tax. Individual reservations that are paid for by the individual may be cancelled without pen to midnight on the 7th day prior to arrival. Cancellations after that time will be charged for the full stay, plus taxes. Cancellation requests must be made directly to Kingsmill Resort Reservations Department phone at 1-855-266-9143.

By booking in the VOMA room block, attendees receive a discounted resort fee of $25, which includes marina non-motorized sports (kayaks, fishing, paddle boats, etc), access to fitness center, fitness classes, tennis, bicycle rentals, range balls in golf and river pool access. VOMA attendees also receive a discount of 25% discount on Golf Green Fees, 10% discount on Spa Services and 10% Discount on Motorized Marina Activities.

The Virginia Osteopathic Medical Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Virginia Osteopathic Medical Association designates this program for a maximum of 24 AOA Category 1-A credits.
